With the channel owner's Google authorization, the uploader accesses the authorized channel ID, uploaded video IDs, titles, descriptions, publication status and processing status. It uploads original videos, thumbnails and subtitles and sets publication schedules. Public channel and video metadata, including publication dates and view counts, is used to identify topic demand and avoid duplicate episodes.
Google access and refresh tokens are stored in access-restricted files on the operator's computer. Tokens are used only to communicate with Google APIs; they are never sent to narration or language-model providers. Production files and publication records are stored locally. Public video titles and statistics, original scripts and rendered review frames may be sent to OpenAI for topic planning and quality review. Narration text is sent to ElevenLabs to create speech. These services process data under their respective terms and privacy policies. The uploader does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising profiles.
Huxen Stories Uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Long-running inference requests use OpenAI background processing and stored response IDs so the uploader can retrieve the same result after an interruption, rather than submit duplicate requests. Data handling by OpenAI remains subject to its API data controls and retention policies.
Public competitor-statistic snapshots are kept for up to 30 days and refreshed during topic collection. Local publication records are retained to prevent duplicate uploads while the channel operates. The owner may delete local production records and credentials at any time. To request access or deletion, contact the operator at the email above. Credentials may also be revoked through Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents future API activity but does not delete videos already stored on YouTube; those can be managed in YouTube Studio.
